Scott Revlin is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 25 years of experience providing, supervising, and advancing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and related developmental needs. As the Founder and Executive Director of Revlin Therapy Services, Scott brings a rare combination of deep clinical expertise, hands-on leadership, and a strong connection to the Ventura County community.
Scott holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree from University of California, Los Angeles, He began his career at the UCLA Young Autism Project/Lovaas Institute, where he trained under leaders in the field and contributed to the delivery and refinement of evidence-based treatment at a time when many of today’s best practices were still being established. Over the course of his career, he has overseen the treatment of hundreds of children across home, school, and clinic settings, building and supervising clinical teams, developing individualized programs, and working closely with families, school districts, and community providers to ensure consistent, meaningful progress across environments.
Scott has also played a key role in expanding access to high-quality ABA services within Ventura County, including helping to establish one of the area’s first in-clinic treatment models. His approach emphasizes not just progress within therapy sessions, but real-world outcomes—helping children develop communication, independence, and the skills needed to succeed in everyday life.
In addition to his clinical work, Scott has taught graduate-level coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis, training future behavior analysts in research methods, data analysis, and ethical, evidence-based care. He has presented nationally and internationally on autism treatment, parent education, and effective intervention strategies.
He has been recognized by the Autism Society of Ventura County for his contributions to the local community, including honors as both Children’s Treatment Provider of the Year and Volunteer of the Year.
After decades working within large organizations, Scott founded Revlin Therapy Services to create something more personal, more accountable, and more connected to the families it serves. His focus is on delivering thoughtful, individualized care backed by decades of experience, while building lasting relationships with the families and communities he works with.
